F.A.Q

How do you redeem a gift card? Once the gift card is gifted, the recipient can contact us directly via email or phone to schedule their session at a convenient time.

Is the gift card transferable? Yes! If the recipient cannot use the gift card, they’re welcome to transfer it to someone else who would enjoy the experience.

How long is the gift card valid? The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to schedule their session.

Can the gift card be refunded? Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable. However, they are transferable, so the recipient can share the gift with someone else if needed.

Is any preparation needed before the session? Not really. Architectural plans are helpful, but not a must. There’s no need to tidy up.

Do you only offer sessions for homes? Not at all! Our design sessions can also focus on offices, clinics, or any other interior space the recipient would like to improve.
